Team Practice - Novice teams
Optional - Teams and individuals will be able to practice on the water. Sessions inlcude 45 minutes of paddling practice. Coaching and steersperson provided. Fee of $50/team or $10/person.

Waiver - Mail in signed waiver for each team member with registration. Each paddler will need a signed waiver before participating. It can be brought in to registration at check in.

• Participants must be over 8 years and physically fit
• Teams are mixed by age and gender
• Teams with less than 12 paddlers and singles will be assigned to a team
• Race schedule will be emailed to team captain and posted
• Team captain must check in half hour before scheduled race time
